Helping people follow Jesus in our homes, workspaces, local outreach partners, and global partners beyond Tipton County and Indiana.

Outreach Ministry

We don’t simply want to show others who Jesus is through good works and kind acts, we want to tell people about the only saving hope there is: salvation in Jesus Christ.

We have several local partners, serve in quarterly outreach events, and have 2 global partners.

A percentage of your giving also goes to the Wesleyan Denomination to equip pastors and plant churches all around the world.

Local Partners

My Closet

Ran by two of our very own congregation members, My Closet serves the Tipton City School District.

My Closet is a clothing pantry that provides brand new, name-brand clothes free of charge to any age students in need. Students who attend Tipton County School District are allowed to shop for a jacket, shirt, pants, socks, and underwear.

They are also given a hygiene bags and gift cards for their family. They are also given a voucher to receive a free haircut.

There are no income requirements to receive these benefits and My Closet is open to any student and family in Tipton County School District.

Due to the confidential nature of My Closet, serving opportunities are limited. However, we partner financially with the leadership in charge. We help with big projects as needed such as organization or cleaning.

Backpack Blessings

Backpack Blessings is a program to provide weekend food for children. Each child at Tipton Elementary School is eligible to apply. Their program is designed to help cover any gap experienced by a child due to the unavailability of food in the home over a weekend.

Part of your generosity goes toward funding various pantry dry goods to fill these bags. They are dropped off weekly by a couple in the church. Our church sponsors 3rd and 4th graders.

We hand out Backpack Blessings to an average of 23 students per week in the 2025 school year!

Jubilee Christmas

Jubilee Christmas Tipton County partners with families to provide Christmas presents for children under 18 years old. It is a gift-giving program that partners with local businesses, churches, and other non-profit organizations.

We start our Jubilee Christmas around the end of November with presents due by mid-December. We are typically given a list of gifts or gift-cards a child has on their wish list to shop for specific gifts.

We start our Jubilee Christmas around the end of November with presents due by mid-December. We are typically given a list of gifts or gift-cards a child has on their wish list to shop for specific gifts.

We supported 13 families, 31 children between the ages of newborn-18 years of age and sent over $2,000 to those families.

Outreach Events at Trinity

We will aim to do quarterly Outreach events where we invite our community for free family-oriented events. We have our annual TrinityFest! with cookouts, games, and inflatables. We have had a family movie night experience with popcorn and candy in our sanctuary. Events will be announced throughout the year!

We also participate in various events in the community. We’ve handed out free bagged meals at the Back to School Event were students receive their school schedules. Your generosity goes to paying for these lunches! Last year (2025) we handed out over 700 bagged lunches with cards to our website to submit prayer requests with “You are Loved” and Trinity’s Logo on it.

Global Partners

Steve + Rebecca Scott

Turkic-Arabic Region

Rebecca + Steve Scott currently serve in the Turkic-Arabic region. They have 4 kids, 3 are stateside, and 1 is finishing up high school. They have been on the field since 2001. Their mission field has fluctuated over the years, but have always focused on evangelism through marketplace ministry. They are in a period of transition from leading a boarding school to front-line work with starting a new mission field that just opened up.

Because we cannot disclose their location, we are unable to send teams at this time. However, we contribute financially to their mission and are well connected with them.

Grant + Eden Armstrong

Church Planters in Australia

Grant + Eden Armstrong are in the process of planting a Wesleyan Church in Toowoomba, Australia. They have been part of a Wesleyan Church in the Queensland District. They are both Indiana Wesleyan University graduates and are our newest Global Partners (as of May 2026).

We are looking forward to sending teams to Australia, stay tuned for upcoming trip dates!

Operation Christmas Child

Samaritan’s Purse

Samaritan’s Purse sends gift-filled Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to children in need around the world together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each year, families can pick an age group and boy or girl to pack a box to send off. You can send one box or multiple boxes.

We start Operation Christmas Child around the beginning of November and boxes are to be returned a few weeks later. This gives enough time to ship boxes to be checked by Samaritan's Purse and then received by Christmas time.

Last year (2025), we sent 75 boxes globally!
