The story of Abraham + Isaac is familiar for most. It definitely is a story that makes you question why it needed to be included in Scriptures. God, Abraham, and Isaac are all silent on the walk up the mountain. We know Scripture cross-references often. We found that the same mountain where God tested Abraham’s faith was also the mountain where David built his altar, Solomon built his temple, and Jesus was sacrificed.
