Deliverance + Doubt

12.28.25 - Online Sunday

Jaclyn Pederson

After Genesis concludes, the Israelites go into Egypt. As the Israelites grow, the Egyptian Ruler Pharaoh puts them into slavery because they are a threat to his dominion. God remembers His covenant with Abraham and delivers the Israelites multiple times despite their doubt in Him. After being delivered out of Egypt on their journey to the promised land, and after the Egyptians pursue them again, God swallows up Pharaoh's army in the Red Sea. They make comments in the desert when they are hungry and thirsty, that it would be better to be in slavery.
